Aries Servo System Service is a specialized repair service for the overhaul of servo systems and all components that make up this system. The servo system consists of a steering rack or steering gear, servo pump, and hoses or pipes that connect these components. We provide service for all types and models of vehicles.
At our service, you can receive a complete overhaul service for the steering rack, servo pump, and steering gear, as well as disassembly and reassembly on your vehicle, with a 12-month warranty on all work. You can also bring a specific part for overhaul if you already have a mechanic who maintains your vehicle.
During the overhaul of the steering racks, all sealing elements, including seals and O-rings, as well as the steering rack bushing and bearings, are replaced. For installation, we use Corteco seals for high pressures in factory dimensions and quality, made from special materials (various types and mixtures of rubber, rubber compounds...) that have high resistance to wear, various types of oils, and high temperatures. If you have problems with the servo pump on your vehicle, feel free to contact us. The pump overhaul includes replacing seals, bearings, and O-rings.
