The Govedarica-Ristić Educational Center is located at Gospodar Jovanova 44, in the Stari Grad municipality.
We are involved in:
- Prevention, diagnosis, and rehabilitation of children with developmental, learning, emotional, and behavioral difficulties
- Early development stimulation (ages 0-3)
- Skill practice and school readiness preparation
- Treatment of specific learning, reading, writing, and arithmetic difficulties
- Stimulation and rehabilitation of speech and language development
- Correction of speech sound errors
- Stuttering therapy
- Providing professional assistance to parents
We also perform:
- Diagnostic assessments
- Speech and language development assessments
- Functional developmental level assessments
- Development and implementation of individual stimulation or corrective work plans with quarterly monitoring
- Advisory and instructional work

In our work, we use:
- SIAT (Sensory Integration Therapy by Jean Ayres) for better reception and processing of information
- Psychomotor reeducation (movement therapy) for better understanding and cognition
- Elements of DIR/Floortime for improved communication and mastery of developmental levels
- Speech therapy for the development of speech and language
- Counseling for parents regarding child upbringing
