1. How and when did you come up with the idea to start your business?
The idea of opening my own practice has always existed, even during my university days. The decision matured, and with the completion of specialization and years of experience in private practice, I realized it was time to start its realization.

Yes.
3. What are you proud of in your business?
Work ethic and knowledge.

Work, discipline, and perseverance.
5. How supportive has your environment been, and who has been your biggest support?
Without my family and their support, I wouldn't have succeeded in all of this. Thanks to them!

Bold and brave.
7. Do you have role models that have motivated or continue to motivate you?
A person I highly esteem and respect is Prof. Dr. Budimir Mileusnić, with whom I had the honor to work for two years in private practice and improve my skills in the field of jaw orthopedics.
8. What have you had to sacrifice?
Free time.
9. What propelled you forward, and how did you stay motivated during tough times?
I find motivation in my family and conversations with colleagues.
10. Why is it better for a woman to be an entrepreneur than to be employed in a company?
Time organization.
11. What advice would you give to new female entrepreneurs or a younger version of yourself?
Not to give up on their dreams, desires, and ambitions, especially not when they become mothers.

I haven't encountered such situations frequently. I believe setting boundaries and adhering to communication principles are crucial.
14. Where exactly do you see yourself in 5 years?
I see myself as an accomplished dentist who can offer a lot to younger colleagues.
