1. How and at what point did you come up with the idea to start your own business?
This year, I'm celebrating 30 years since I opened my dental practice. Before that, I worked with a colleague in Topolska, and it was far for me to travel every day, so I decided to open my own practice.
2. Have you always wanted to be involved in your current business?
I wanted to be an architect and a journalist, but I implemented that love and knowledge into dentistry, designing and architecture of teeth.
3. What are you proud of in your business?
The loyalty and devotion of my patients.
4. What is the secret of your success? (List three qualities, behaviors, beliefs, or abilities)
The quality of work.
5. How understanding has your environment been, and who has been your biggest support?
My parents, family, and aunt have been a great help.
6. What is your guiding motto?
A smile is a mirror of the soul.
7. Do you have role models who have motivated or continue to motivate you in your work?
I don't.
8. What did you have to give up?
Mostly, free time.
9. What has driven you forward and how have you motivated yourself when bad times come?
Willpower, ambition, persistence, no taking the path of least resistance.
