The first underground passageway street crossing in Belgrade was built in New Belgrade, block 21, under Lenjin’s Boulevard (today called Mihajla Pupina Boulevard).

The date that its construction began predates the construction start of Terazije and Zeleni venac underground passages in Belgrade, but when it comes to opening date it’s younger than the Terazije passageway.
