The restaurant "Grcka kraljica" (Greek queen) began working as a tavern in 1835 and is the oldest building in Belgrade that was preserved in its original shape in Knez Mihailova street. This restaurant is the only hospitality establishment that never changed its function. It only changed its name once after WWII to "Plavi Jadran", but in the early 90's it got its original name back.
