ZZ Design Lux - One of the first to start producing chairs from polyurethane foam (PU).

Our high-tech machine, operating under high pressure, is capable of mass production. The injection volume of the machine ranges from 200g to 8kg, with PU foam injection at 800g per second.

For the production of this high-quality PU sponge, molds made from epoxy resin and special PU raw materials are used, which can be fully customized to meet customer requirements.

Thanks to the properties of PU foam, it is very durable and highly resistant to wear. It eliminates dents during use and maintains seating comfort intact over the years, making it an ideal choice for all types of seating furniture.

In each chair model, before the PU foam is injected, a metal frame is placed in specially made molds, providing stability and long-lasting durability to the product.

In addition to the PU foam injection machine, we also perform tube bending on the most modern computerized machine, which in the same preset program performs bending (radius, arc, and similar operations).

Along with our own production, we have expanded the range of chair and bed trading for cosmetologists, laboratories (with and without motors), chairs and tables for celebrations and accompanying equipment, garden programs (sets, chairs, swings, tables), and also accessories for chairs (bases, liftomats, mechanisms, wheels, and more).
