We produce Trivuk prosciutto using traditional Dalmatian methods of dry salting, pressing, cold smoking, drying, and aging. All meat is sourced fresh from Serbian slaughterhouses. The entire process takes at least a year. We have adapted our regional expertise to meet modern preservation and packaging standards.

Other cured meat products and dry bacon (pancetta) are also produced using natural methods of dry salting, cooling, smoking, and drying without any additives. Meat is exclusively sourced fresh from Serbian slaughterhouses, and the production cycle takes about 40 days.

Our signature products, prosciutto and pancetta, are produced using traditional Dalmatian methods. We aim to expand our production with distinctive, high-quality products in the domestic market and eventually internationally, depending on business conditions and financial capabilities.
