1. How and when did you come up with the idea to start your own business?
I came up with the idea when the opportunity arose for me to secure the basic resources for work and when I had had enough of working for others.

2. Have you always wanted to engage in your current profession?
Yes! Even as a child, I loved styling hair and cutting it; I followed various fashion magazines for hairstyles, makeup, clothing, etc.

3. What are you proud of in your business?
I am proud that I do my job excellently and precisely and that I have good people around me. I take pride in knowing what clients need to leave satisfied.

4. What is the secret to your success? (list three qualities, behaviors, beliefs, or abilities)
The secret to my success is a positive attitude, confidence in what I do at every moment, knowledge, experience, and continuous education in my field.

5. How understanding was your environment, and who has been your greatest support?
The opinion of my surroundings was not important; what mattered was that I do what I love. My greatest support in life is my children, who helped me establish my private business.

6. What is your guiding principle?
What I don't like for myself, I don't like for others.

7. Do you have role models who have motivated or continue to motivate you for further work?
I am my own role model.

8. What have you had to give up?
I have never given up because I do everything out of love.

9. What drove you forward, and how did you stay motivated during tough times?
I am driven forward by self-confidence and faith in God. You can never fail because it depends on us first, then on God. God arranges things as they should be, sometimes less, sometimes more, but there is a balance in life. I know I can do everything, so keep moving forward!

10. Why is it better for a woman to be an entrepreneur rather than be employed in a company?
Because she will set the rules in work, life, creation... There are no limitations, and she has greater potential to achieve success and everything she wants in life.

11. How would you advise new female entrepreneurs or a younger version of yourself?
To establish themselves as entrepreneurs right after completing their education immediately after graduation, as there are significant chances of achieving their goals.

12. On a scale of 1-10, how challenging is it to be a female entrepreneur in Serbia?
I do not make a distinction or division between male and female business. Challenges exist at the beginning when everything in the business world is unknown, so in that regard, it would be a 10.

13. As a woman in the business world, how common are indecent proposals?
For me, in the business world, there are no indecent proposals; it all depends on us and our attitude - how we present ourselves to others.

14. Where exactly do you see yourself in 5 years?
I see myself as powerful and successful, as one of the names and brands in the industry.
