JELADOM – The facility holds a LICENSE from the Ministry of Labor and Social Policy and an approval from the Ministry of Health. It is located in Mirijevo, at Mihaila Bulgakova Street No. 38. It offers double, triple, and quadruple rooms, with a capacity of 22 beds, a dining room, and a living room on each floor. Great attention is given to the quality of food and nutrition for the users.
Jeladom offers homemade cuisine, and users have access to five meals: breakfast, lunch, dinner, and two snacks. User preferences and habits regarding the menu are taken into account, as well as any dietary requirements due to illness.
For semi-mobile and immobile persons, we provide complete medical care, psychological support, appropriate nutrition, and adequate hygiene 24 hours a day. The care of immobile persons and the elderly and sick is our concern. Users have access to services from a licensed social worker, a general practitioner, as well as the supervision and services of skilled nurses and caregivers.
The facility includes a medical office, a clinic, and a laboratory. Specialist examinations and check-ups (consultants of the facility) are available: psychiatrist, cardiologist, neurologist, endocrinologist, physiatrist... Ultrasound examinations (heart, abdomen, thyroid gland, Doppler blood vessels...) can be performed on-site. There is also the possibility of on-site X-ray imaging. Jeladom users also have access to the services of a full-time physiotherapist.
We have extensive experience in the rehabilitation and care of patients:
● after fractures and hip and femur surgery
● after a stroke
● with neurological patients (Parkinson's, Myasthenia gravis, Multiple sclerosis...)
● with oncological patients (after radiation and chemotherapy, as well as patients in the terminal stage of the disease)
● extensive experience in the prevention, treatment, and management of bedsores in immobile and bedridden patients
