"Srpska solidarnost hranom" is a volunteer-based, non-government, non-profit organization founded for an indefinite period in order to achieve humanitarian goals and assist the socially endangered citizens (individuals, organizations, social institutions and other socially-endangered categories) as well as to advance this common goal and the interests of its members.
The humanitarian organization is mostly founded in order to achieve a more organized and successful work of the organization's members while performing humanitarian activities and providing help to the socially endangered categories of populace in the Republic of Serbia, Srpska Republika and Montenegro.
Goals and assignments:
- Reducing poverty
- Raising awareness in citizens and socially responsible companies in order to join forces in the fight against hunger and poverty.
In order to achieve their goals and tasks, the humanitarian organization performs the following activities:
- We gather agro-industrial, food and trade products from donors
- We store and distribute gathered products to the most endangered populace
- We organize humanitarian promotions in order to gather food, personal hygiene products, clothing, medicine and medical products, school supplies, computer equipment etc.
- We gather monetary donations in order to conduct humanitarian and social programs and help the most endangered categories of the populace
- We cooperate with other humanitarian organizations, non-government sector, private and public foundations
- We cooperate with state and private companies and firms
- We organize volunteer work
In order to achieve our goals and tasks, the humanitarian organization establishes contacts and cooperates with other associations and organizations in our country and abroad. The humanitarian organization "Srpska solidarnost hranom" can approach international associations.
