Smartkos Kindergarten follows a unique Montessori program. It is designed to encourage self-confidence, initiative, curiosity, broader interests, motivation for progress, responsibility, and creativity in children.
The goals set by the Smartkos kindergarten program are achieved through the use of Montessori materials in sensory, cosmic, mathematical, linguistic, and practical education. Following this program, the child is trained to take care of themselves, their surroundings, and others. They mature physically, emotionally, and socially. Educators and teachers play a dual role in a warm and stimulating environment: they observe and guide the child, aiming to develop the creative spirit and enable them to perform daily activities independently.
In addition to the mandatory Montessori program, we organize the following activities: drama and sports school, psychological and creative workshops, English language school, and work with school-age children. The groups are mixed, for ages 2–6. Older children serve as role models for younger ones, creating a space where everyone learns together.
Children absorb all aspects of the environment effortlessly and without fatigue. In Smartkos, the basic environment is carefully prepared, and the furniture is child-sized, designed to provide comfort and promote independent functioning.
