1. How and at what point did you come up with the idea to start your own business?
After years of working in a company, I wanted to try my hand at running my own business. I made a detailed plan, established contact with the owner of a laundry, and sought advice from him on everything that was necessary. We formed a partnership, and the business started.

2. Have you always wanted to be involved in your current business?
No, I stumbled upon the idea by chance. Passing by a laundry every day where there was a cheerful and productive atmosphere, I wished to open a similar shop myself.

3. What are you proud of in your business?
I'm proud of everything I've achieved in this business. Everything was new to me, and I started from scratch, from organizing, working, acquiring equipment, securing a location, to dealing with customers.

4. What is the secret of your success? (List three qualities, behaviors, beliefs, or abilities)
Courage, perseverance, kindness.

5. How understanding has your environment been, and who has been your biggest support?
Everyone was very understanding. My biggest support has been my husband and my family. Customers have also been supportive, and they were quite understanding in the beginning. They are still there, and I'm grateful for that.

6. What is your guiding motto?
Keep moving forward, without fear and with a well-thought-out plan!

7. Do you have role models who have motivated or continue to motivate you in your work?
My friend Stevan Pantelić, who has been supportive from the very beginning. He works in the same business and is very successful. He is a true example of how a young person should operate in business.

8. What did you have to give up?
Mostly, I had to give up time.

9. Why is it better for a woman to be an entrepreneur than to be employed in a company?
It's a double-edged sword. Both options are demanding. If you're an entrepreneur, it all depends on you. How much you work and invest is directly proportional to what you get. You have to be present all the time and in everything. If you're employed in a company, you work a lot, but you can go home with a bit more peace of mind.

10. What advice would you give to new female entrepreneurs or a younger version of yourself?
Be persistent and steadfast in pursuing what you want.

11. Where do you see yourself exactly in 5 years?
I see myself being satisfied with the performance of my company.
