Stara Sokolova Rakija is a premium brand in the category of natural fruit brandies produced by RB Global doo. Made from the best fruits, with the addition of love between the brandy and oak wood, we produce over 200,000 bottles of the highest quality brandy annually under controlled conditions. Of this, 60─70% is exported worldwide, from Australia, Asia, the Middle East, and Europe to Canada and the USA. Our quality is confirmed by numerous awards and satisfied customers.
We are particularly proud of the gold medals won at international competitions. Our collection of foreign medals includes those from the Alberta Beverage Awards in Canada, the Wine and Spirits Tasting Competition in Orlando, and from 2006 at the International Plum Brandy Festival in Minnesota, where Stara Sokolova was named the best aged plum brandy among 27 plum brandies from 10 countries worldwide. As of April, the collection includes one more gold medal that we won at the London Spirits Competition 2023.
In addition to medals from international competitions, we have also won medals at regional competitions such as Rakija Fest in Belgrade (we were winners in 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2016), Žestival, Novi Sad Fair, and the Festival of Serbian Rakija.
Our assortment includes Stara Sokolova plum brandy, apricot brandy, William's pear brandy, and quince brandy, as well as herbal brandy, juniper brandy, honey brandy, walnut liqueur, and Zlatiborski Vrh liqueur.
