The name and brand “Zar Mance” has existed since 1984 and our butcher’s shop of the same name has been in business with great success since 2004. As of June 2009, we also have the HACCP standard certificate so we’ve been operating with regard to all the highest standards of health safety.
Zar Mance is an original and unique place in Belgrade’s hospitality map and offers its guests delicious specialties made using the highest quality and always fresh ingredients. All dishes are made on the spot. Visit our pleasant and comfortable ambiance and enjoy excellent barbecue, salads and sweet and sour crepes. The secret to our success lies in the original recipes from old grill masters, which we prepare using exclusively premium grade fresh meat without any addition or artificial flavoring. Our excellent grill masters use exclusively charcoal grills in their work, which gives their dishes their unique flavor and aroma. And in order to complete the experience, all our barbecue specialties are served inside soft, fresh somun bread that we also prepare using traditional recipes.
