The customshouse is listed as a monument of culture in Zemun, at 26 Zmaj Jovina street.
In this place once stood an old building where the customs processes were executed and eventually a proper customshouse was built there. The building has one story with a twofold purpose – the customs storage is downstairs and the offices and apartments of the workers are upstairs.

It was built of lime mortar with full walls bridged arches on the ground floor and architraves to the floor. It has been created as a standalone object elongated base with two wings thrown into the courtyard and the main facade towards the dragon Jovinoj street. Building style is classical, with a pronounced triangular pediment above the main entrance, while the structural system shows the characteristics of the Baroque. The interior layout is simple and logical - the longitudinal corridor collated the room. The Customs House was one of the greatest buildings of the old center of Zemun with which they were built warehouses solarium. It is one of the most important buildings of the development of Zemun.
