1. How and at what moment did you come up with the idea to start your own business?
After completing my studies, I realized that I wouldn't find a job in my field, so my husband and I started a private business.
2. Have you always wanted to be involved in your current activity?
When I decided to pursue a private business, I knew it would be this specific activity and no other.
3. What are you proud of in your business?
Work ethic, responsibility, effort, and dedication.
4. What is the secret to your success? (List three attributes, behaviors, beliefs, or abilities)
Order, work, and discipline.
5. How supportive has your environment been, and who has been your greatest support?
My husband is my greatest support, and others have been accepting.
6. What is your guiding principle?
I want to, I can, and I must.
7. What have you had to sacrifice?
Free time, socializing, and self-dedication.
8. What drove you forward and how did you motivate yourself during tough times?
I had to work, I had no choice. It was necessary for survival, and later for the sake of my family, I have to keep moving forward.
9. Why is it better for a woman to be an entrepreneur rather than employed in a company?
Due to organization, family, and personal life.
10. How would you advise new female entrepreneurs or a younger version of yourself?
Work for yourself, not for others. It's not easy, but the responsibility lies with oneself.
11. On a scale of 1-10, how challenging is it to be a female entrepreneur in Serbia (or in a 'male-dominated industry')?

12. Where exactly do you see yourself in 5 years?
Still in this business. I don't plan on anything else.
The bookstore "Riznica" is located in Zvezdara territory at 204a Ustanicka street. It is characterized by the kindness of the owner who has been working for their clients' wishes for 15 years now and their satisfaction is our main goal.
We give the greatest attention to the wishes of our youngest customers and for them we have everything ranging from high quality school supplies to toys, children's books and other products. Of course we do not neglect our grownup customers and have a broad selection of products ranging from office materials to gallery goods for slavas and birthdays.
