1. How and when did you come up with the idea to start your business?
I spent more than two decades working in one company, and while I enjoyed my job, I felt it was time to start something of my own. Over those years, I gained extensive experience in all aspects of business, including finance. However, deep down, I felt the desire to do all of this solely for myself. My passion for aesthetics never waned, and I dreamed of dedicating myself to this work from the heart. After two decades of working for others, I felt it was time to channel my creativity and skills towards personal success. I decided to focus on aesthetics because I believed it would allow me to pursue my dreams and do what fulfills me. Starting my own business was a bold decision, but I believe courage is the key to success. Now I have the opportunity to do what I love every day, express myself through aesthetics, and provide my clients with a special beauty experience. Working for myself is not just a business challenge but also a journey towards realizing my personal passions and dreams. I opened my business out of love for aesthetics and a passion for work, and every day reminds me that boldly stepping towards achieving my dreams is the most beautiful path you can choose.

2. Have you always wanted to be involved in your current line of work?
No, I thought I would spend my entire life in that company.

3. What are you proud of in your business?
I feel deep pride in my achievements in business. My perseverance and dedication have brought satisfaction to many clients, and I can proudly say that I have never faced financial blockades or owed anyone.

4. What is the secret to your success? (List three qualities, behaviors, beliefs, or abilities)
Culture, upbringing, honesty. Perseverance. Constant pursuit of perfection.

5. How supportive has your environment been, and who has been your biggest support?
I found the greatest support on my journey in my precious family. My mother and husband have always been there for me, providing immense support and understanding. Their presence in my life makes every step towards realizing my dreams special and worthwhile. Thank them for the unconditional support they have given me.

6. What guiding sentence do you live by?
It can always be better. Everything comes to its own.

7. Do you have role models who have motivated or motivate you to continue working?
I don't have role models.

8. What have you had to sacrifice?
In the beginning, I faced the challenge of having to separate from time spent with my loved ones. There were several months when I was least present at home. However, during the pandemic period, I had the privilege of spending more time with my family while successfully balancing my private and professional life.

9. What has driven you forward, and how did you motivate yourself during tough times?
In every job, there are periods when things don't go smoothly and evenly. In those moments, I found motivation in the belief that time will pass as long as I continue to dedicate myself to my work, with the conviction that there will come a time when hard work will pay off and significant improvements will occur.

10. Why is it better for a woman to be an entrepreneur than to be employed in a company?
Independence in business has several advantages. You have the opportunity to organize your work obligations according to your own preferences, without the presence of superiors or interference. This provides a greater sense of freedom and allows you to work in a way that suits you best. You also have the opportunity to create a flexible work schedule, including days off, vacations, and extended weekends, contributing to a better balance between work and private life.

11. What advice would you give to new female entrepreneurs or a younger version of yourself?
For young female entrepreneurs, it is important to be persistent and dedicated, to strive and work with the greatest commitment. It is important to understand that success usually does not come overnight and not to expect quick results, especially in the first six months. Patience is crucial in this process, as long-term dedication and hard work will pay off in the end.

12. On a scale of 1-10, how challenging is it to be a female entrepreneur in Serbia?
In Serbia, it is noticeable that the system does not provide enough support for women who want to engage in entrepreneurship, starting from maternity leave and onwards.

13. When you're a woman in the business world, how common are indecent proposals?
This is another benefit where you can reject things you don't like or that disturb you negatively without a guilty conscience.

14. Where exactly do you see yourself in 5 years?
I see myself somewhere in an idyllic seaside place, where I have moved and created my life. There, along with my salon, I also have a beach bar, making my everyday life fulfilling and happy.
