When was the last time you had a good lasagna? The art of making lasagna lies in carefully selecting the dough for this dish, as well as choosing the right types of cheese, the quality of the sauce, and its quantity. Grilled chicken medallions are one of the twenty or so grilled specialties Golub makes with as much skill as its dough-based dishes. We recommend stuffed, breaded white meat, as well as turkey fillet. In addition to steaks, Wiener schnitzels, Karađorđe’s schnitzels, or Parisian schnitzels, blue strips, and other well-known grilled dishes, you can also order fish specialties. For appetizers, there’s a squid salad or smoked salmon on the menu. Breaded or grilled squid are available upon request, as well as shark or swordfish fillets (with almond sauce!).
The only square pizza on our menu is the Siciliana. This is a traditional Italian pizza first made by the people of Sicily before anyone else.
