PLOT TRADE d.o.o. is a company from Belgrade, established in 1992 as a geodetic organization for design, trade, and services. It was granted a license to operate by the Republic Geodetic Authority.
All the works for which we are registered are performed competently and quickly by our licensed experts, with many years of experience, using the most advanced equipment, in accordance with the Law on State Survey and Cadastre and other applicable regulations of the profession.
GEODETIC SERVICES FOR REAL ESTATE CADASTRE
- Object survey and creation of a geodetic plan for legalization purposes.
- Object survey and preparation of a maintenance survey sketch (manual) for registering changes in the cadastral plan caused by construction, extension, or demolition of the object.
- Boundary restoration of parcels and recording of the factual state.
- Preparation of geodetic reports with specifications of special parts of the object and a report on the inspection for property rights registration purposes.
CREATION OF SPECIAL GEODETIC BASES
- We create special geodetic bases in appropriate scale for the needs of:
- Design (conceptual design – conceptual construction solution)
- Preparation of technical documentation
- We perform all geodetic measurements needed for creating accurate and up-to-date geodetic bases for the purpose of feasibility studies, planning, management, and construction.
LAND PARCELING
- Preparation of parceling and re-parceling projects and geodetic marking projects in accordance with the Law and applicable professional regulations.
- Formation of construction parcels.
GEODETIC SURVEYING OF UTILITIES
- We perform geodetic surveying of utilities (sewage, water supply...) and prepare reports for the utilities cadastre.
STAKING OUT
- We stake out objects.
- Before construction, we prepare staking out reports.
- We stake out boundary lines (based on cadastral data) and mark boundary points on-site.
DETECTION OF UNDERGROUND INSTALLATIONS AND OBJECTS
- For detecting and geodetically surveying installations and objects, we use a detection method with underground installation tracers.
