1. How and at what moment did you come up with the idea to start your own business?
I worked in a butcher shop in Lazarevac, and my goal was to own my own shop.

2. Have you always wanted to be involved in your current line of work?
Not initially, but I grew to love it later on.

3. What are you proud of in your business?
I take pride in humanitarian activities, always organizing blood donation drives and sponsoring various other charitable organizations.

4. What is the secret to your success? (mention three qualities, behaviors, beliefs, or abilities)
Persistence, and only persistence.

5. How understanding has your environment been, and who has been your biggest support?
My husband and children.

6. Do you have role models who have motivated or continue to motivate you in your work?
The leader in me doesn't let me give up.

7. What have you had to give up?
Devoting time to my children, which is my biggest regret, as they were alone in Lazarevac while I was working.

8. What propelled you forward, and how did you stay motivated during tough times?
My stubborn belief that I can do anything and achieve everything I desire.

9. Why is it better for a woman to be an entrepreneur than to be employed in a company?
Higher earnings, and you get to choose who to collaborate with and in what way.

10. What advice would you give to new female entrepreneurs or a younger version of yourself?
To embrace the challenge and start right away.

11. On a scale of 1-10, how challenging is it to be a female entrepreneur in Serbia?
