Association "Oganj"
Founded in 1904.

It is the only organization in Serbia where funeral costs can be paid in advance, at a lower price, and in installments. The association fully organizes the funeral for its members, pays for funeral equipment, cremation, or burial to the responsible funeral company, and thereby relieves the family during the most difficult moments.

MEMBERSHIP IN THE ASSOCIATION AND FUND
The enrollment fee is 4000 RSD, and the monthly membership fee is 200 RSD.

Membership in the Solidarity Fund, which has been operating within the Association for over 30 years, allows you to pay in advance for a dignified funeral or cremation, sparing your loved ones the organizational and financial burdens.

Funeral cost repayment for individuals:

• Up to 60 years old (Repayment period 20 years / with pension check 10 years)
  = 1,300 RSD monthly.
  Full coverage of funeral costs after 5 years.

• Up to 70 years old (Repayment period 4 years)
  = 2,700 RSD monthly
  = 1,700 RSD monthly with pension check
  Full coverage of funeral costs after 2 years.

• Up to 75 years old (Repayment period 8 months)
  = 76,000 RSD in 8 installments of 10,200 RSD monthly
  = 36,000 RSD in 8 installments of 5,200 RSD monthly with pension check
  Full coverage of funeral costs after 1 month of repayment.

• Over 75 years old (Repayment period 8 months)
  = 92,000 RSD in 8 installments of 12,200 RSD monthly
  = 52,000 RSD in 8 installments of 7,200 RSD monthly with pension check
  Full coverage of funeral costs after 1 month of repayment.

For one-time payments, we offer a discount of 4,000 RSD.

Upon enrollment, pensioners give consent for the funeral fund to be collected by the "Oganj" association based on the funeral bill, which makes the rates with pension checks significantly lower.

Members enrolled before their 60th birthday pay membership fees for 20 years, while members enrolled after their 60th birthday pay for life.

Membership fee for 2025: 700 RSD monthly.

Expenses we cover in the event of a member’s death:

• Transportation – city flat rate for Belgrade (transport outside of Belgrade for an additional fee)
• Complete funeral equipment (coffin, mattress, cover, pillow, cross or pyramid, urn), printing of obituary lists, use of the refrigeration unit – four days, use of the farewell hall at the cemetery with recorded music or chapel use, cremation or burial in a new or existing grave site (without disassembling monuments and internal exhumation), placement of the urn in the family columbarium, rosarium, grave, tomb, or scattering of ashes in the memory garden at the New Cemetery.

Unlike insurance companies and pension insurance funds, which pay a fixed funeral amount only after the funeral has been performed and paid for (and which is significantly lower than actual funeral costs), the Association takes care of the deceased member from the moment the death is reported. Association field workers collect documentation and perform all necessary administrative tasks, order and pay for transportation, funeral equipment, and all funeral services at JKP "Funeral Services Belgrade", so that the family or guardians face no additional costs or organizational issues.

Members without family, relatives, or a lifelong maintenance contract can sign a STATEMENT authorizing Association officers to collect the death certificate from the doctor. They can also prepay additional costs not covered by the basic payment (metal coffins, obituary, clothing, monument disassembly, etc.).

Information, membership registration, and fee payments: Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Saturdays and holidays from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM; death case reports available 24 hours a day.
