The training program is organized into several groups, depending on age, psycho-physical abilities, and interests:
- Beginner (youngest) group 4-6 years
- Middle group 7-9 years
- Older groups 9-12, 12-15 years
- Competitors
- Recreational group 17+
Formed groups:
- Ninjas 1 – Monday, Wednesday – 6 PM
- Ninjas 2 – Tuesday, Thursday – 6 PM
- Pioneers 1 – Monday, Wednesday – 7 PM, Saturday 10 AM
- Pioneers 2 – Tuesday, Thursday – 7 PM, Saturday 11 AM
- Competitors – Monday, Wednesday, Friday – 8 PM
- Older Pioneers, Cadets – Tuesday, Thursday – 8 PM, Saturday 12 PM
- Cadets, Juniors – Monday, Wednesday, Friday – 9 PM
What to bring to the first training?
- Kimono (dobok) and belt (if you have already trained in taekwondo) or comfortable exercise clothing (tracksuit or sweatpants and a t-shirt)
- Towel
- Water bottle
- You can be barefoot or wear appropriate taekwondo footwear (consult with the coach)
How to become a member of the Taekwondo Club Stil?
- Come in person 10–15 minutes before the start of training (check the locations and training times)

- You have 2 free trial trainings, after which you can pay the membership fee
