Since its founding in Belgrade, the Nefertiti Youth Cooperative has quickly fulfilled its main goal: to create a large database of temporary jobs in a fast, professional, and reliable manner. We have enabled a large number of employers to access a well-established worker database, ensuring satisfaction for both sides.

With a modern approach to database management, full compliance with legal regulations, and a highly professional attitude, we have built a strong brand in the business world. Careful selection of employers has allowed a large number of cooperative members to be assigned to various jobs on a monthly basis.

The Nefertiti Youth Cooperative database contains a wide range of young workers from various profiles, including:

• Physical labor, warehouse work, drivers
• Cleaning and maintaining office spaces
• Courier services, distribution of promotional material
• Surveying, promotions
• Computer work
• Call center operations
• Labeling, packaging goods
• Administrative roles, secretaries, coffee servers

It is important to note that we handle all member registrations and deregistrations with the Pension and Disability Insurance Fund (PIO), keeping accurate records of work periods and insurance status, which are entered into the M-4K form at the end of each year.
