Black&White fitness club deals in services related to fitness and healthy living all with the goal of giving our users the best and most recent informations and training methods from the world of sports and recreation, thus allowing each of our clients to achieve their desired goals through exercise. Our club consists of a group of fitness enthusiasts who have been helping their clients for a long number of years to achieve their goals related to health and physical appearance improvement. The training sessions are individual but there is the possibility of practicing in pairs.

In our trainings we use contemporary training methods in order to achieve all the desired goals. Whether they are aimed at reducing body weight, increasing musle mass, reducing back pains or enhancing strength and stamina, our fitness trainers will help you through their training programmes. The duration of one session ranges between 30 and 90 minutes, depending on your current level of fitness which is evaluated by our coaches in a special trial training session which is completely free. After the trial session you will be able to continue training with us.

In our training we use the POWERPLATE excercise machine. The secret of POWER PLATE machine is the special vibrating base. It vibrates from 30 to 50 times a second and those vibrations are transmitted to the active muscle group which uses its contractions to buffer it. When you assume different positions in the machine you stimulate different muscles and muscle groups. This is the secret of POWER PLATE effect: fast and visible results in almost all body areas. It also helps enhance your maximum strength and endurance which is why only 30-45 minutes of exercise on it is enough.

Cardio training devices - treadmill, indoor bicycles

Weights - the basic tools for enhancing strength, preventing injuries and building up muscle mass.

Stretching rubber bands - also a great device used to enhance strength, prevent injuries and rehabilitate after them. It enables exercises in all areas of movement, allowing for good efficiency as well as a large variety of different exercises.

Medicinal balls - good aide to improve overall body strength

Exercises utilizing own body resistance - whether it is enhancing mobility, flexibility, strength or balance, the resistance exercises have multiple beneficial effects on your health and overall appearance

MILORADOVIC BOGOLJUB
 Born on 16. 08. 1985 in Belgrade.
Graduated his academic studies in the Faculty of sports and physical education, University in Belgrade where he recieved the title Professor of Sports.
Even as a student he began coaching for the Red Star waterpollo team
Soon after, along with Marko Ubovic he opens his first fitness studio Black and White which continues to do sucessful business to this day.

UBOVIC MARKO
Born on 08.08.1985 in Belgrade.
Graduated from his academic studies in the Faculty of sports and physical education, University in Belgrade where he recieved the title Professor of Sports.
Began expressing a great interest in fitness in his teenage years.
Soon after enrolling in college, along with Bogoljub Miloradovic reaches the idea to open their first fitnes studio.
From that day until now hundreds of satisfied clients have passed through it.
Marko continuously builds on his vast experience with additional professional betterment.
He is a great body-building enthusiast, as well as football which he practised for a long number of years in his youth.
