Like Pilates studio is located in the peaceful area of the city in Kosutnjak.

In the pleasant atmosphere and light music focused on movement, body and mind we do exercises using devices designed by Joseph Pilates for this unique style of exercising almost a century ago.

Pilates exercises are designed with a specific purpose and seemingly simple. When you perform them with precision and slow movements you can soon see the results of your work.

By adding encumberance through special springs, you increase the weight and change the intensity of the exercise. Because of the weight we use when exercisng working on the devices is also known as pilates gym.

The lessons are usually individual or if you'd like to work out with a friend, your parent, daughter or anyone else we also offer the possibility to exercise in small groups of 2-3.

The possibility of Pilates lessons in English, Spanish or German is there.
